I had a big issue with our sliding door last week. Some tenants did a mess so it was impossible to close the door anymore. I called the office of Sliding Door Dynamics for an appointment which was a few days away. But after Mr. Edan Gal saw the problem via video call he decided to come directly next day to fix it. As promised he came the next day on time and did a great job. The door is perfectly fixed and is sliding like never before. Thank you again!

After seeing the advertisement for Sliding Door Dynamics in a mailer from ValPak mailer I called and made appointment the schedule was very polite and got me an appointment the very same week Edan the technician was very professional he examined my sliding door and explained every step of the way the different parts and options from steel rollers at $65 a piece to stainless steel rollers at $85 a piece to stainless steel track covers etc he was very knowledgeable and professional I went with there quotes and had exceptional service and now my sliding door works smoothly

I called Sliding Door Dynamics to make repairs on my patio sliding glass door. The door was not sliding smoothly, and would only open about a third of the way. When I called to schedule an appointment with them, they were able to accommodate my schedule and send someone out that same day. Maurice showed up on time, friendly, competent, professional, courteous, everything you want in a Service Technician. Maurice did a fabulous job on the glass doors, quickly replacing the rollers, tightening the handle, and putting everything back as originally intended. He brought with him all of the necessary tools and equipment, effected repairs efficiently, and cleaned up the small job site, putting everything back to normal. I so greatly appreciated his kindness . The world needs a lot more kindness. Of course, I hired the company for a job, and the job was done perfectly. I would definitely hire them again, and I most highly recommend Maurice at this company.
